Ready to Wear
We accept returns and exchanges on ready-to-wear pieces within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of makeup, perfume, or any marks
To request a return or exchange, WhatsApp us at +92 323 2366663 with your order number and photos of the item within 3 days of receiving it. Once approved, please courier the piece back to the studio. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the item, in the original form of payment. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Made to Order
Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically to your order and measurements. These are non-returnable and non-refundable. We recommend consulting our Size Guide or contacting us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Please Note
Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. Minor irregularities in handwork are a natural characteristic of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
