How long will my order take?
Ready-to-wear pieces are delivered in 1–3 working days within Lahore and 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Made-to-order pieces take 3–4 weeks to craft, plus delivery.

Can I get a piece made in my size?
Yes. Made-to-order pieces are stitched to your measurements. WhatsApp us at +92 323 2366663 and our team will guide you through the measurement process.

Can I customise the colour or design?
Minor customisations (sleeve length, neckline, length) are usually possible on made-to-order pieces. Please contact us before ordering to discuss.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery in original condition. Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. See our Returns & Exchange policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Contact us on WhatsApp for delivery times and charges to your country.

Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, for ready-to-wear orders within Pakistan.

Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
We photograph every piece as accurately as possible, but slight variation may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

How do I care for my outfit?
All pieces are dry clean only. Please see our Care Instructions page for fabric-specific guidance.
